Delivery Info

We start manufacturing your order upon receiving cleared funds in full. Manufacture usually takes aproximately 1-3 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days. As soon as your order has been made, we get the order shipped out as quickly as possible.
California sets may take a few extra days too, as there such a large item to manufacture.

UK Mainland orders will be sent via courier on a 24/48 hour service.
Southern Ireland orders will be sent usually via ParcelForce on a standard service.

Once we mark your order as shipped we will add tracking details to your order. You will receive a separate shipment email to inform you with all the  delivery info including a direct link to your tracking. You can also log into your account to find your tracking number.
Delivery to mainland UK is usually 1-2 working days, so if your item has not arrived within 3 working days from it being shipped, please check tracking and either get in touch with the courier direct, or contact us. There may be a problem with your delivery and failure to contact the courier or us will only result in the item being returned back to us. This will then mean another postage charge will be required for us to ship out a second time.

All  deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery. They will NOT leave a parcel unsigned for. Please make sure your delivery address is where someone will be available during the day to sign for your item. This can be your home address, work address, or a neighbour if required.
If no-one is at the address on the order to sign for the parcel they will leave a calling card, much like what Royal Mail do. Please get in touch with them using the calling card information as the courier will only keep the parcel for 7 days and eventually return back to us. In the event of a parcel being returned under a "no-one to sign for" or "not collected by customer" we will have to charge you another shipping cost to attempt another delivery.

Delivery Costs

All UK "Mainland" addresses are charged at £2.99 Scottish Highlands will incur an extra charge. You can check postage costs by adding into your cart and viewing it, then filling out the postage estimator.
Southern Ireland addresses are charged at £15.00.
UK Isle post codes are charged higher than the mainland postage and can be calculated by viewing your cart and inputting your post code and clicking on get delivery estimate.
Other over-seas prices can be requested for special orders.
